Lush Ltd
One of our regular commercial clients is Lush Ltd based on our doorstep in Poole, Dorset. The cosmetic retail giant now have over 900 stores worldwide and a few times per year 1st Choice Removals provide an excellent service delivering shop fittings throughout the UK or Europe for new stores to either open or be refurbished. In January 2022 the latest of these assignments was to deliver fittings to a new store in Leicester - a trip of around 4 hours by lorry, approximately 165 miles from our Poole base. We have had Lush as a valued client for over 10 years, since winning them by referral from another successful commercial move.
On this occasion the task was completed by Steve and Jason, two of our very experienced operatives who have both worked for 1st Choice Removals for over a decade. They obviously are very well used to working together and also on the specific task in question. On 10th January the team arrived promptly first thing at Lush headquarters in Witney Road, Poole and by lunchtime were on their way for an overnight stay in Leicester. By 8am the following day the team were on site unloading the fittings which comprised shelving, racking and all furniture for the office areas including desks and chairs. By 10.30am the task was complete and the shopfitting team were then given most of the rest of the day to begin their tasks of fitting out the new retail premises.
